Our Guarantee
We are confident that we will provide the finest service that will satisfy and impress you. Blue guarantees its work for seven days. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results, Blue asks that you book a re-service appointment within a week of the original visit at no additional charge.

Why We Ask For Your Email Address
Your address is never given out to any third parties, guaranteed. We only send you email blasts for salon promotions as well as special invitations to our unique events like Luzern Oxygen Facials and so on. So rest assured that we protect your contact information.

Freeing Our Clients from the Confusion of Gratuities
With a team of stylists providing an array of services, you may be confused about how to handle their gratuities.  If you would like to to give a gratuity, envelopes are provided for gratuities at the front desk.  You may either write “& staff” on the envelope or simply tell your stylist to take care of her associates as well.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you no-show, cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving at a 24 hour notice; unfortunately, you will be asked to give a credit card to hold your next appointment.  If you miss the next appointment without giving at least 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full service charge.  For your convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to your appointment.  We ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact information.

 

Merchandise Return Policy
For freshness & hygiene reasons, Blue cannot accept any cosmetics or skin care product returns. No cash refunds will be made on any products returned—you will have merchandise credit.

Pricing
Hair and chemical services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair.

Client Satisfaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

Payment methods
blue – a complete hair salon accepts Mastercard, Discover and Visa. Gratuities are accepted in cash only.

Cell phones
We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon.

Children
Any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.

Refer a Friend
We believe that a referral is the best compliment that you could give us. When any new client comes in for a first appointment and says you referred them, we will credit both of you $20 towards your next service. Please present your referral card at the time of your service. If you have any questions, please ask.
